{"id":3771,"date":"2020-05-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-05-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:8080\/invap\/?p=3771"},"modified":"2020-05-08T12:45:58","modified_gmt":"2020-05-08T15:45:58","slug":"absceso-hepatico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/portal.imnytc-elalto.gob.bo:8080\/?p=3771","title":{"rendered":"Absceso hep\u00e1tico"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es?<\/h2>\n<p>Los microorganismos que causan abscesos hep\u00e1ticos, alcanzan este \u00f3rgano por v\u00eda biliar (la m\u00e1s frecuente), v\u00eda venosa (a trav\u00e9s del sistema portal) o desde infecciones propagadas desde el ap\u00e9ndice.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 g\u00e9rmenes pueden estar involucrados?<\/h2>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda son provocados por bacterias intestinales, como la E.Coli, Estreptococos ent\u00e9ricos, Estreptococos anaerobios y Bacteroides.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfCu\u00e1les con los s\u00edntomas?<\/h2>\n<p>Los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s frecuentes son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fiebre elevada intermitente con escalofr\u00edos<\/li>\n<li>Dolor muscular generalizado<\/li>\n<li>Dolor abdominal<\/li>\n<li>Nauseas y v\u00f3mitos<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e9rdida del apetito<\/li>\n<li>Color amarillo de la piel y los ojos (ictericia)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En cuanto a los resultados de laboratorio provoca:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aumento de gl\u00f3bulos blancos<\/li>\n<li>Aumento de enzimas hep\u00e1ticas<\/li>\n<li>Hemoultivos positivos (50%)<\/li>\n<li>Aislamiento del germen (&lt;40%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se diagnostica?<\/h2>\n<p>Se tienen en cuenta los signos, s\u00edntomas y ex\u00e1menes de laboratorio mencionados, junto con estudios por im\u00e1genes tales como ecograf\u00eda y la tomograf\u00eda que demuestran la presencia del absceso.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el tratamiento?<\/h2>\n<p>Lo ideal es punzar la lesi\u00f3n, inicialmente con una aguja fina y si fluye pus, dejar un drenaje externo.
